Increase Vertical

Learning how to increase your vertical jump is a very important thing to undertake.  There is a certain height you have to be able to jump or height you have to be to have a shot at playing college or professional basketball. 

If you want to learn how to jump higher in basketball you need to do jumping exercises that focus on increase your vertical leaping ability like plyometric box jumps. 

Don't know what plyometric boxes are?  They are platforms that are made of metal with 4 legs and the top is covered with a gripy plastic that are ideal to jump onto to train your muscles to jump higher.

Vertical Jump Training

You need to increase vertical in the most efficient way possible if you want to be one of the best jumpers in the world. 

So how do you go about jumping higher?  You have to do the right types of workouts.  This includes doing speed training and strength training for your legs.  You also need to develop great jumping form.  Having a perfect jumping form can increase your jump height by 12% alone!  So it's very important you make jumping very technical so that you can get the best results possible.

Don't think that you have to wait years to jump high, you don't!  You can and should start seeing results in a matter of days to weeks.  In the first week of following a jump program you can get an average of 1 inch.
