Taylor Lautner's Workout Routine for New Moon

I'm sure you have seen Jacob Black in the New Moon and the incredible transformation that Taylor Lautner went through to play the part.

Taylor Lautner's workout routine is something that most people are well capable of doing themselves. You simply need the dedication and a little direction and that's what we are here for.

Taylor is only 17 years old and he able to pack on 30 pounds of muscle in between the making of the Twilight movies.

When on the Jay Leno show, Taylor shared that he ate almost every two hours to provide his body with enough protein to build muscle. Eating every 2 hours is another reason that he got the ripped abs like you see in the movie.

The best thing is that Taylor was able to build 6 pack abs with a simple workout and eating correctly.  The more often you eat, the faster you keep your metabolism, which in turn means you burn more fat. 

Another advantage of eating every 2 hours is that you never get really hungry.  When you get hungry and begin to eat you run the risk of over eating.  When you eat too much, your body doesn't use that energy (calories) and so you store it in the form of fat for later use.

You abs should be worked out 3 or 4 times a week.  You dont' have to do them everyday to get a great six pack and you don't have to do hundreds of reps.  Work them like any other muscle in your body.
